Paralegal - Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal. Candidate must have knowledge of state and federal court procedures, as well as all aspects of litigation relating to case preparation, management, and execution.

The ideal applicant will bring a positive attitude, be productive and engaged, and must be 100% committed to providing top-notch service to our clients. Applicant should be self-directed, well organized, with Personal Injury knowledge. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required. 2+ of Personal Injury experience - preferred.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • Maintain attorney’s calendar with all upcoming events and pending tasks.
  • Coordinate all depositions, mediation conferences with court reporter, mediator’s office, client, and opposing counsel.
  • Proficient knowledge of all State and Federal court procedures, e-filing and deadlines.
  • Prepare pleadings, notices, motions, propound discovery requests, meet with clients to assist with drafting initial client responses to discovery for attorney review.
  • Manage high volume of litigation cases from the filing of complaint through Final Judgement or Trial.
  • Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to filing, payment of invoices, copying, data entry, etc.
  • Act as a primary contact to clients, provide status of case(s).
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Analytical, effective trouble-shooter with finite attention to detail.
  • Multi-task oriented and effective working independently or as part of a team.
