Assistant Media Buyer


The Assistant Media Buyer will work directly with our Marketing Director on station posting, invoice reconciliation; mismatch report analysis, and more. The candidate should have minimum 2-3 years media buying and traffic experience, and be knowledgeable in Strata software, Nielsen, and Media Monitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize buying software to manage current media buy schedules
  • Responsible for station posting and mismatch reports for over 50+ stations
  • Liaison between Marketing Director and station representatives
  • Facilitate the distribution of commercials and traffic instructions to all stations
  • Assist Marketing Director in day-to-day marketing responsibilities
  • Additional duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years Media Buy and Traffic experience.
  • Station posting experience.
  • Knowledge in Strata, Nielsen, and Media Monitors.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Organized and able to work independently.
  • Be able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Good with numbers including critical attention to details & accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
