Front Desk - Bilingual (Spanish)
Our Front Desk team member is on of the first people with whom clients and visitors meet. He/She is important to the image of the firm and should be friendly, professional and articulate. He/She will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, vendors, staff and others.
Additional duties include:
- Answering questions
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Patience, tact & diplomacy with an array of personalities & situations
- Spanish fluency is required
