IT Tech Support

The IT Tech Support position provides exceptional IT Services for our Rubenstein Law employees. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our users who submit day to day maintenance issue tickets. You will also perform diagnoses and resolutions on any challenges for both our hardware and software services, as well as work on a variety of other IT projects. We are looking to bring on a team member whose thoughtful approach to problem solving and technical expertise will continue to keep our infrastructure running smoothly across the firm.

*This position requires travel to each of our office locations across FL.

Job Description:

  • Travel to each of our FL offices to create, process and manage support tickets.
  • Handle support requests via telephone or on site.
  • Log all calls, emails, and communications with end-users via our ticket system.
  • Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware related issues.
  • Perform move, add and changes to desktop computers and update company’s IT software and hardware inventory.


  • Willing and able to travel within FL
  • Maintain 100/300 auto insurance coverage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Server Operating Systems
  • Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012
  • Must be self-motivated, independent, detailed oriented and a team player
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • CompTIA A+ Certified
