The receptionist is often the first person with whom clients and visitors interact, he/she is important to the image of the firm and must be friendly, professional and articulate. Our receptionists must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, vendors, staff, and others.

The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multi-task, computer savvy and a team player. Candidate should be patient, tactful, diplomatic and able to deal with an array of personalities & situations. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required.


  • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the flow of lobby traffic, greet guests, and alert employees when visitors arrive
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly reception area
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages
  • Assist walk-in clients & potential clients with case inquiries & general questions

Administrative duties including:

  • Opening claims for newly signed cases
  • Generate & send representation letters to parties involved in case ie: private attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
