Front Desk/Legal Assistant

Our Front Desk/Legal Assistant is often the first person with whom clients and visitors interact, he/she is important to the image of the firm and must be friendly, professional and articulate. Our Front Desk/Legal Assistant must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, vendors, staff, and others.

The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multi-task, computer savvy and a team player. Candidate should be patient, tactful, diplomatic and able to deal with an array of personalities & situations. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required.


  • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the flow of lobby traffic, greet guests, and alert employees when visitors arrive
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly reception area
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages
  • Assist walk-in clients & potential clients with case inquiries & general questions

Administrative duties including:

  • Opening claims for newly signed cases
  • Generate & send representation letters to parties involved in case ie: private attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
