Rachel Ball
Personal Injury Attorney
About Me
I was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in South Florida. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in both Psychology and Criminology and then from Nova Southeastern University with my Masters in Forensic Psychology. I achieved my Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law where I graduated top 5% of my class.
Prior to attending law school, I worked as a Courtroom Clerk in the Miami Criminal Courthouse where I was inspired to attend law school so that I could put my passion to work and fight for justice. During law school, I had the opportunity of being a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. Post-graduation, I had the privilege of becoming an Assistant Public Defender at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office where I zealously advocated for hundreds of clients and achieved multiple favorable jury verdicts. Prior to joining Rubenstein Law, I worked at a prominent Worker’s Compensation defense firm defending large insurance companies where I gained invaluable experience as to how the insurance companies operate and attempt to devalue those wrongfully injured by their clients.
Outside of the office, I enjoy long-distance running, sporting events, live music, and spending time with my family.
