Boca Raton, FL (March 12, 2023) - Three people were killed in a Saturday night crash that took place in Boca Raton. The accident occurred around 10:00 p.m. on Dixie Highway near Palmetto Park Road and Camino Real.

According to the Boca Raton Police Department, a Lincoln was traveling northbound on Dixie Highway when the driver lost control and the car left the road. The Lincoln struck a pole before becoming fully engulfed in flames. Three occupants of the car died at the scene. There were no other vehicles involved in the crash. The identities of the victims were not released.

There is no word on what caused the car to leave the roadway. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
