Jacksonville, FL - Man Killed in Fiery Crash on I-95
Jacksonville, FL (April 1, 2023) - Police in Jacksonville were summoned to the scene of a fatal car accident on Saturday morning, April 1st. The accident occurred just before 3:00 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95.
According to a report, a 30-year-old man was driving in the left hand lane of I-95 when his pickup truck became disabled. The truck stopped in the road and was struck by another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle died at the crash scene. The 30-year-old driver of the pickup truck was not injured. The identity of the deceased victim has not been released at this time.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating. There is no further information available.
