Lehigh Acres, FL (April 14, 2023) - The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a deadly accident involving a dump truck and a car on Friday, April 14th. The crash was reported at the intersection of Hanna Avenue and Lee Boulevard.

According to police, the two vehicles collided with one another for unknown reasons. The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim has not been identified at this time. There is no word on how the crash took place. No additional injuries were reported. The intersection was shut down while the accident was investigated. Drivers were advised to avoid the scene if possible.
