New Port Richey, FL - 76-Year-Old Woman Killed while Crossing Little Rd.

New Port Richey, FL (October 21, 2021) - A 76-year-old woman from Port Richey was killed in a crash that took place in New Port Richey on Thursday. The accident happened just after 1:00 pm. on Little Road near State Road 54.

Police report that the woman was crossing Little Road when she was hit by a pickup truck driven by a 46-year-old man from New Port Richey. The woman, who was not identified, was pronounced dead at the accident scene. The pickup truck driver was not hurt in the accident. There is no word on the events leading up to the accident.

The accident is under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol. There is no additional information available at this time.
