Paisley, FL - Motorcycle Rider Killed in Crash on CR 42
Paisley, FL (March 16, 2023) - A motorcyclist was killed in a crash that happened in Paisley on Thursday afternoon, March 16th. The accident occurred just before 2:00 p.m. on County Road 42 near the intersection with West 4th Street.
According to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol, the motorcyclist was traveling east on CR 42. At the same time, a 2017 Hyundai Veloster was traveling westbound on CR 42. The motorcyclist collided head-on with the Hyundai, causing the Hyundai to travel off the road and collided with several trees. The motorcyclist died from his injuries while the driver of the Hyundai, a 23-year-old Paisley man, was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries.
No one involved in the accident has been identified. An investigation is underway.
