Palm Coast, FL - Two Hurt when Sedan Strikes Truck on I-95
Palm Coast, FL (April 13, 2023) - Police in Palm Coast were called to the scene of a car accident involving a sedan and a truck on Thursday morning, April 13th. The crash was reported around 5:00 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95.
According to a report, a sedan was traveling southbound on I-95 when, for unknown reasons, the driver drifted off the road and collided with a truck that was parked on the shoulder. The driver, a 28-year-old man, and his passenger, a 24-year-old woman, were injured in the crash. The man was hospitalized with serious injuries, while the 24-year-old woman was listed in critical condition. The driver of the semi-truck was not injured. The two occupants of the sedan were both from Greensboro, North Carolina, and have not been further identified.
The accident remains under investigation. There is no additional information available.
