Pinellas Park, FL - Two Killed, Two Hurt in US 19 Car Accident

Pinellas Park, FL (March 27, 2023) - Police in Pinellas Park responded to the scene of a serious car accident on Sunday, March 26th. The crash occurred around 7:30 p.m. on US Highway 19 north near Gateway Centre Boulevard.

According to a report from the Pinellas Park Police Department, 25-year-old Roberto Rodriguez was driving a white Nissan Rogue when he crossed the median and collided head-on with a Toyota RAV4. A Chrysler behind the RAV4 was also involved in the collision. Rodriguez died in the crash, along with a passenger in the RAV4, identified as 66-year-old Kim Nguyen. Two other people suffered serious injuries. They have not been identified at this time.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. There is no further information available at this time.
