St. Cloud, FL - 72-Year-Old Woman Killed in Crash on Narcoossee Rd.
St. Cloud, FL (March 9, 2023) - A 72-year-old woman was killed, and three others were hurt in a crash that took place in St. Cloud on Wednesday, March 8th. The accident occurred around 8:40 p.m. on Narcoossee Road near the intersection with Boggy Creek Road.
Police say that a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling northbound on Narcoossee. At the same time, a 2022 Volkswagen was traveling southbound on the same road. The Chevrolet attempted to turn left onto Boggy Creek when it collided with the Volkswagen. The Volkswagen driver, a 73-year-old Michigan man, and two other passengers were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. One of the passengers, a 72-year-old woman, died at the hospital.
The driver of the Chevrolet was not injured in the accident and remained at the scene. No one involved in the collision has been identified. Troopers are still investigating.
