Serious and fatal car accidents take place across Florida every day. Driving while under the influence of drugs and alcohol is one of the most common causes of major crashes on our roadways. There is nothing more careless or reckless than getting behind the wheel of a vehicle while impaired. Motorists who do this are subject to a great deal of liability for their actions.
