Police received a call at midnight last night when a patient left a hospital in Orlando and was seen running into traffic. Police arrived at the scene to find the person acting erratically, later identified as Alexander Gonzales Jr.
A patrol officer got out of their vehicle, which is when Gonzales eluded the officer and drove off in his patrol car. Many police officers were trying to stop him, but it was too late. He lost control, however, flipping his vehicle at another intersection. It landed on its driver side. A SWAT team came to remove him from the vehicle. He was the only one injured in the accident. He has received charges from the accident.
