A car accident takes place in Florida every 92 seconds. Each time a person gets behind the wheel of a car, they are placing their health and safety at risk. They are not only a risk to themselves but also at risk of all other drivers on the roadway. When a third party causes a crash, there is often an innocent victim who receives serious or fatal injuries as a result of the crash. This type of negligence happens daily on Florida's roadways.
