A man and a woman were rushed to the hospital after a car crashed into a church in Orlando on Tuesday, July 30th. The accident took place on West Par Street. According to the Orlando Police Department, there were five people inside the church at the time of the crash. The car flipped onto its side after hitting the building. Casselberry, FL - Woman Killed in Tuesday Hit-and-Run Crash

A woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash that took place in Casselberry on Tuesday, July 30th. The crash happened in the early morning hours at the intersection of Semoran Boulevard near Casselton Drive. According to Casselberry Police, Alejandro Perez-Ajanel was driving a vehicle northbound on Semoran Boulevard when he struck the unidentified woman. After the crash, Perez-Ajanel left the scene before coming back. The woman died from her injuries sustained in the accident. A pedestrian sustained serious injuries following a collision on US-41 on Tuesday, July 30th. The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene around 7:00 a.m. Reports indicate that the pedestrian was crossing Highway 41 near Big Bend Road when he was struck by a vehicle. The victim involved in a fatal crash on Monday in Key Largo has been identified by authorities. According to reports, 73-year-old Janice Ann Dostaler was involving in a two-car crash on US 1 near mile marker 94 on Monday, July 29th. Reports indicate that Dostaler was operating a 2014 Honda Civic just after 2:00 pm when she collided with a 2016 Ford F250 driven by 21-year-old Tyler G. Dunn of Tampa. Following the crash, Dostaler's car ended up in the median while the truck rolled over. The collision caused the northbound lanes of the highway to close for about two hours. Read More

Daytona Beach, FL - Bicyclist Hit and Killed After Falling Into Traffic

A bicyclist died after falling off of his bicycle and into oncoming traffic in Daytona Beach. The crash took place on Saturday, July 27th, around 3:00 p.m. Police responded to International Speedway Boulevard in response to the crash. Once on-scene, police identified the bicyclist as 37-year-old Coy Thomas Malone. Investigators determined that Malone was riding his bicycle when the chain became loose. As he stood up to pedal faster, he lost control of the bike and fell into the roadway. Malone was struck by an oncoming vehicle. The vehicle then ran over Malone and his bicycle. Malone was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. No one else was injured and the driver has not been identified. Read More
