When we think of traffic accidents, we typically think of vehicles colliding with one another. However, crashes can also involve other entities, including trains. Police will conduct a full investigation and will focus on several factors, including whether reasonable measures could have been taken to avoid the collision.
Train accident cases can be very complicated and require an experienced attorney in matters of disputed liability. An accident reconstruction expert may also be needed in order to determine the exact sequence of events leading to the crash.
