Bradenton, FL (January 2, 2019) - A man from Bradenton died in a two-car crash on Cortez Road. The accident happened on Tuesday, January 1st around 10:30 am.
23-year-old Joshua Custer was on a 2007 Suzuki VS800 when a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox turned left in front of him. Custer took action to avoid the crash but his bike slid into the SUV. He was later pronounced dead from injuries suffered in the crash.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating and says that charges are currently pending against the driver of the Equinox.
