Motorcycles make up less than 5% of all registered motor vehicles in Florida. Despite this, motorcycle crashes account for about 15% of all fatal traffic accidents in our state. The risks of riding a motorcycle are great and motorcyclists can sustain serious and life-threatening injuries in an instant. Unfortunately, many drivers fail to exercise proper caution and their negligence often leads to the occurrence of an accident that could have been prevented.
