Bradenton, FL (October 3, 2019) - A fatal pedestrian crash took place in Bradenton on Tuesday, October 1st. The collision happened on 26th Street West around 8:00 p.m.
Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol responded to the crash scene shortly after the incident took place. According to reports, a 40-year-old man attempted to cross the road and was in the inside lane when he was struck by a vehicle driven by a 37-year-old man from Sarasota. The driver attempted to change lanes when he struck the pedestrian. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. Neither the driver nor the pedestrian have been identified.
