Losing a loved one to a Florida car accident is a devastating experience. Fatal crashes are reported, on average, every three hours across our state. While many crashes are due to the negligence of a driver, some accidents happen as a result of mechanical failure or defects. Tire blowouts are one example of such mechanical failures. There are many questions that must be answered when a mechanical or equipment failure causes a crash. It is important to determine why the failure occurred and to identify all individuals or entities who could be responsible for the resulting crash.
