Car accidents in Florida take place about once every 90 seconds. While no one ever expects to be involved in a crash, they occur each day and innocent victims will suffer injuries as a result. Pedestrians, in particular, are at great risk of being hurt when they are struck by a vehicle. According to statistics, about 75% of all Florida pedestrian crashes will result in injuries, many of them serious and life-threatening in nature.
