Broward County, FL (October 2, 2019) - A major crash was reported on I-95 in Broward County on Wednesday morning, October 2nd. The crash happened around 7:00 a.m.
Authorities report that seven vehicles were involved in the accident along the northbound lanes of the highway, near Stirling Road. Heavy delays were reported at the crash scene, causing morning traffic to come to a halt. Police and emergency rescue personnel were on-site to assist with the investigation and treatment of those involved in the crash. There is no word at this time on the exact extent of the injuries sustained.
Drivers were told to expect delays or find alternate routes. No additional details have been released at this time.
