A reportable crash occurs about every 92 seconds in Florida. Many reported accidents will cause serious and long-lasting injuries for a victim. Often, crash victims are innocent and are simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. A victim of a negligent driver may have certain legal rights in the aftermath of a Florida car accident.
