Davenport, FL - Michael Jamieson Killed in Thursday Motorcycle Crash

A 74-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a three-vehicle crash that took place in Davenport on Thursday, March 19th. The crash was reported just before 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of North Boulevard and Holly Hill Road. According to initial reports, motorcyclist Michael Jamieson approached the intersection. As he proceeded into the intersection, Jamieson's motorcycle collided with a 2007 Toyota Corolla driven by 64-year-old Ilona Benedek. Following the crash, the Corolla spun out and struck a BMW that was traveling southbound on Holly Hill. The driver of the BMW was identified as 39-year-old Freddy Jean-Bart. Read More

West Park, FL - 2 Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Hallandale Beach Blvd

Two people are dead after a motorcycle crash in West Park on Sunday, March 1st. The crash happened on Hallandale Beach Boulevard near Southwest 40th Avenue around 2:00 a.m. According to the Broward Fire Rescue, one of the motorcycles was split in half as a result of the crash. Debris was littered along the roadway at the crash scene. There is no information on how the crash took place at this time and the identity of the deceased victims have not been released. Read More

Bradenton, FL - Motorcyclist Dies Following Crash with Vehicle on Cortez Road

A 30-year-old motorcyclist lost his life in a crash that took place in Bradenton on Wednesday, February 26th. The crash happened around 6:45 p.m. along Cortez Road. According to police, Seiji Esquivel was riding a 2008 Yamaha motorcycle westbound on Cortez when his bike collided with an SUV that was traveling eastbound. The SUV was turning left into a restaurant when the collision took place. Esquivel collided with the right rear of the vehicle and was ejected from the motorcycle. He was taken to Manatee Memorial Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. There is no word on whether anyone else was hurt in the crash. Read More

DeLand, FL - Man Critically Hurt in Two-Car Crash on South Amelia Avenue

A crash between two vehicles in DeLand sent a man to the hospital with critical injuries. The crash took place on Saturday, June 29th according to officials. The crash happened around 6:20 pm at the intersection of South Amelia and East Volusia Avenue. Police say that a red car attempted to make a left turn into the Sanborn Center when the car collided with the rear of a green truck that was traveling in the southbound lane. After the initial impact, the green truck veered into a power pole. Rescue crews transported the truck driver to Central Florida Regional Hospital where he was listed in critical condition. Bradenton, FL - Motorcyclist Killed in Collision with Car on Manatee Avenue West

A motorcyclist is dead following a crash with a vehicle in Bradenton on Wednesday, June 19th. The Bradenton Police Department was called Manatee Avenue West, near 47th Street West, around 12:45 p.m. in response to the collision. An investigation at the crash scene revealed that a female motorcyclist was traveling westbound when her bike collided with a vehicle. The collision caused the motorcyclist to sustain serious injuries and she was later pronounced dead as a result of the injuries. Her name has not been released at this time. Police have also not released the name of the driver, nor have they given any details on how the crash took place. Read More
