Melbourne, FL - Motorcyclist Airlifted to Hospital Following Crash with Vehicle

A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash involving a vehicle on Tuesday, January 15th. The crash happened around 7:22 am on US 1 and Post Road. According to Melbourne EMS Chief Phil Leitz, the motorcyclist was airlifted to a nearby hospital following the accident. The driver of the other vehicle was not hurt. Miami, FL - Motorcyclist Killed in Crash with Car on Biscayne Boulevard

Police are looking into a fatal motorcycle crash that took place in Miami on Monday, January 14th. The accident happened around 5:00 pm on Biscayne Boulevard. Miami Police along with traffic homicide detectives arrived on scene in an effort to determine how the crash took place. The crash occurred at the intersection of Biscayne and Northeast 62nd Street. Although details are unclear at this time, a black sedan could be seen at the crash site along with the motorcyclist, who was lying in the roadway following the collision. Tampa, FL - Victims in Fatal Scooter Crash Identified

The two people killed in a Tampa scooter accident over the weekend have been identified by police. The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the double-fatal accident on Saturday, January 12th on Garland Court. According to initial reports, the scooter was struck by a vehicle while attempting to make a left turn onto North Florida Avenue. The victims were identified as 17-year-old Valentina Llanos and 19-year-old Natalia Luna. Llanos was the driver of the scooter while Luna was a passenger. Both were ejected following the accident. Charlotte County, FL - Motorcyclist in Critical Condition After Crash with Vehicle

A motorcyclist in Charlotte County is in critical condition following a crash with a vehicle in Charlotte County. The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the intersection of El Jobean and Newcomb Road around 11:00 am on Saturday, January 12th. Investigators learned that 64-year-old Kristen Holmberg was driving a 2019 Chevrolet Cruze eastbound on El Jobean. At the same time, 68-year-old Robert Robertson was driving a 2018 Harley Davidson, also traveling eastbound. As Holmberg attempted to change lanes, she struck Robertson's vehicle. Read More

Tampa, FL - Two Women Killed in Scooter Crash with SUV

Two women were killed in a scooter crash in Tampa on Saturday, January 12th. The accident took place at the intersection of Florida Avenue and Garland Court around 4:30 pm. The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene. Investigators determined that the scooter was traveling westbound on Garland and attempted to make a left turn onto Florida Avenue. The scooter turned left in front of an oncoming SUV and collided with the vehicle. Both women were thrown from the scooter. Lake County, FL - Motorcyclist Killed in Friday Crash on County Road 44

A fatal crash involving a vehicle and a motorcycle was reported on Friday, January 11th in Lake County. The accident occurred on County Road 44 near Cypress Drive. Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol responded to the accident scene. The motorcyclist, who has not been identified at this time, sustained life-threatening injuries from the collision. Hillsborough County, FL - Edward Walker Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Lithia Pinecrest Road

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash that took place in Hillsborough County on Wednesday, January 2nd. 59-year-old Edward Walker of Lakeland was traveling on Lithia Pinecrest Road when he was struck from behind by a pickup truck. The driver of the truck, 58-year-old Jeffrey Coe, sustained minor injuries in the accident. The accident took place as Walker was stopped for traffic. Coe failed to slow down in time to avoid a crash and slammed into Walker's bike. Walker was ejected from the motorcycle which was then pushed into another vehicle. Hillsborough County, FL - Luis Santiago Dies in Motorcycle Crash on Dacca Drive

A motorcyclist from Tampa died after colliding with a truck near the intersection of Dacca Drive and Madison Avenue. The collision happened on Thursday, January 3rd just before 8:00 am. 34-year-old Luis Antonio Serrano Santiago was riding a 2004 Suzuki GSXR-600 westbound on Madison. At the same time 55-year-old Cindy Mobley was driving a 2006 Ford F250 southbound on Dacca. Mobley approached and stopped at a stop sign. She then attempted to turn onto Madison but turned into Santiago's path. Santiago swerved to avoid the collision but was unsuccessful as his motorcycle struck the left side of Mobley's truck. Imokalee, FL - Motorcyclist Killed in Three-Vehicle Crash in Alligator Alley

A motorcyclist riding in the Alligator Alley area was killed in a three-vehicle crash on Tuesday, January 1st. The accident took place on I-75 in Collier County. According to reports, the motorcyclist was riding behind a Toyota Sienna when the Sienna slowed down in front of him. The rider failed to slow in time and crashed into the back of the Sienna. A Honda CR-V traveling behind the motorcycle then slammed into the back of the bike. The motorcycle rider sustained serious injuries and later succumbed to those injuries. The driver of the Toyota and three passengers suffered minor injuries while the occupants of the Honda escaped unscathed. None of those involved were identified. Read More

Jacksonville, FL - Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Crash on Soutel Drive

A crash involving a motorcycle and a truck sent two men to the hospital, one with life-threatening injuries. The accident happened on Soutel Drive in Jacksonville on Friday, December 28th. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the accident scene near Sibbald Road and Clyde Drive. Police have not released details on exactly how the crash occurred. After the collision, an ambulance rushed the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries.
