Ocala, FL - One Hospitalized in Tuesday Rollover Crash on Fort King Street

Two vehicles were involved in a crash that took place in Ocala on Tuesday, August 20th. The accident occurred at the intersection of SE Fort King Street and SE 36th Avenue around 9:50 a.m. Reports indicate that a white Jeep and an orange Kia collided with one another. The Jeep was found resting on its side off of the roadway and the Kia was located in the middle of a grassy median. The Jeep driver was taken by ambulance to a local hospital with unknown injuries, while the Kia driver was not injured. The cause of the crash has not been released at this time. Read More

Immokalee, FL - Passenger Seriously Hurt in Crash Involving Tire Blowout

Two men from Immokalee were injured on Monday, June 24th when a tire blew out on their vehicle. The incident took place around 9:00 a.m. on State Road 29, near Jackie Drive. The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene in response to the crash. Following an investigation, troopers determined that 69-year-old Andres De La Rosa was traveling northbound on SR 29 when he sustained a tire blow out. The blow out caused De La Rosa's vehicle to veer off the road and into a ditch. De La Rosa sustained minor injuries and was treated on the scene. His passenger, 67-year-old George De La Rosa, suffered serious injuries in the crash. George De La Rosa was taken Lehigh Regional Medical Center. but there is no further update on his condition. Coral Springs, FL - Injuries Reported in Rollover Crash on Sawgrass Expressway

A rollover crash involving two vehicles on the Sawgrass Expressway sent at least one driver to the hospital with injuries. The crash took place in Coral Springs around 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21st. The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the crash scene just after the accident occurred. A black vehicle with heavy damage was seen laying on its side in the northbound lanes. An SUV could also be seen with front-end damage further down the road. The crash caused a broken guardrail. Rescue units also responded to the scene and at least one person was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. Alachua County, FL - Seven People Hospitalized Following Rollover Crash on I-75

Alachua County Fire Rescue responded to a rollover crash on I-75 on Saturday, June 8th. The incident occurred at mile marker 394. When crews arrived, they found an SUV overturned in a ditch off the roadway. The SUV had a total of nine occupants at the time of the crash. Seven of the nine occupants were taken to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. There is no word on the exact nature of the injuries or what caused the accident to occur. Martin County, FL - Two Airlifted Following Rollover Caused by Tire Blowout

Two people were airlifted to a hospital following a rollover crash along Interstate 95. The crash took place just after 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29th. According to Lt. Al Feola of the Florida Highway Patrol, a 25-year-old woman named Raetricia Daniel was driving a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan with three passengers. Suddenly, a rear tire blew out, causing the van to flip several times. An 11-year-old boy was ejected, along with a 25-year-old woman. Martin County, FL - Mother and 9-Year-Old Child Killed in Rollover Caused by Tire Blowout

A mother and her 9-year-old daughter were killed when an SUV rolled over in a crash that took place on Monday, April 22nd. According to authorities, 31-year-old Annastasia Velez was driving an SUV in the northbound lanes of I-95, near State Road 713. Suddenly, the tire tread on Velez's SUV separated, causing the vehicle to roll over. Velez was taken to Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her daughter, 9-year-old Amarie Santa-Ana, also died in the crash. Her 13-year-old daughter Amani Santa-Ana was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. Read More

Hillsborough County, FL - One Killed, Three Hurt in Crash Caused by Tire Blowout

A 31-year-old man from Tampa died and three members of his family suffered injuries when his vehicle blew a tire on Interstate 4. The crash took place on Saturday, April 20th, around 6:00 p.m. Authorities say that the driver was traveling westbound near Branch Forbes Road when he lost control of his SUV and crossed over into the center median. The SUV flipped and ejected him from the vehicle. His passenger, 35-year-old Jennifer Rodriguez, was also ejected. Rodriguez's two children, ages 13 and 1, were also in the vehicle. Rodriguez suffered serious injuries and the children sustained less serious injuries. The driver was killed in the crash. He has not been identified at this time. Read More

Buckingham, FL - Multiple Injured in Saturday Rollover Crash on Palm Beach Boulevard

A rollover crash has left multiple people hurt. The crash took place on Saturday, April 20th, around 12:30 p.m., at the intersection of Palm Beach Boulevard and State Road 31. Police say that a white SUV was one of the vehicles involved in the accident. The SUV was flipped onto its roof when rescue workers arrived on-scene. Multiple people sustained injuries and had to be pulled from the vehicle. Tampa, FL - Driver Killed in I-75 Crash Caused by Tire Blowout

A 43-year-old driver died in a crash along Interstate 75 on Friday, March 29th. The crash happened around 5:00 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the highway. Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol report that 43-year-old Anthony Victor Malangone was driving when his tire blew out, causing him to lose control of his vehicle. Malangone's car overturned at the crash site. Rescue workers arrived at the scene to administer medical treatment but, unfortunately, Malangone was pronounced dead from his injuries. Read More
