Alachua County, FL - Seven People Hospitalized Following Rollover Crash on I-75

Alachua County Fire Rescue responded to a rollover crash on I-75 on Saturday, June 8th. The incident occurred at mile marker 394. When crews arrived, they found an SUV overturned in a ditch off the roadway. The SUV had a total of nine occupants at the time of the crash. Seven of the nine occupants were taken to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. There is no word on the exact nature of the injuries or what caused the accident to occur. Martin County, FL - Two Airlifted Following Rollover Caused by Tire Blowout

Two people were airlifted to a hospital following a rollover crash along Interstate 95. The crash took place just after 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29th. According to Lt. Al Feola of the Florida Highway Patrol, a 25-year-old woman named Raetricia Daniel was driving a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan with three passengers. Suddenly, a rear tire blew out, causing the van to flip several times. An 11-year-old boy was ejected, along with a 25-year-old woman. Martin County, FL - Mother and 9-Year-Old Child Killed in Rollover Caused by Tire Blowout

A mother and her 9-year-old daughter were killed when an SUV rolled over in a crash that took place on Monday, April 22nd. According to authorities, 31-year-old Annastasia Velez was driving an SUV in the northbound lanes of I-95, near State Road 713. Suddenly, the tire tread on Velez's SUV separated, causing the vehicle to roll over. Velez was taken to Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her daughter, 9-year-old Amarie Santa-Ana, also died in the crash. Her 13-year-old daughter Amani Santa-Ana was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. Read More

Hillsborough County, FL - One Killed, Three Hurt in Crash Caused by Tire Blowout

A 31-year-old man from Tampa died and three members of his family suffered injuries when his vehicle blew a tire on Interstate 4. The crash took place on Saturday, April 20th, around 6:00 p.m. Authorities say that the driver was traveling westbound near Branch Forbes Road when he lost control of his SUV and crossed over into the center median. The SUV flipped and ejected him from the vehicle. His passenger, 35-year-old Jennifer Rodriguez, was also ejected. Rodriguez's two children, ages 13 and 1, were also in the vehicle. Rodriguez suffered serious injuries and the children sustained less serious injuries. The driver was killed in the crash. He has not been identified at this time. Read More

Buckingham, FL - Multiple Injured in Saturday Rollover Crash on Palm Beach Boulevard

A rollover crash has left multiple people hurt. The crash took place on Saturday, April 20th, around 12:30 p.m., at the intersection of Palm Beach Boulevard and State Road 31. Police say that a white SUV was one of the vehicles involved in the accident. The SUV was flipped onto its roof when rescue workers arrived on-scene. Multiple people sustained injuries and had to be pulled from the vehicle. Tampa, FL - Driver Killed in I-75 Crash Caused by Tire Blowout

A 43-year-old driver died in a crash along Interstate 75 on Friday, March 29th. The crash happened around 5:00 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the highway. Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol report that 43-year-old Anthony Victor Malangone was driving when his tire blew out, causing him to lose control of his vehicle. Malangone's car overturned at the crash site. Rescue workers arrived at the scene to administer medical treatment but, unfortunately, Malangone was pronounced dead from his injuries. Read More

St. Lucie County, FL - Rollover Crash Involving Armored Truck Injures Two

A rollover crash on the Florida's Turnpike left two people injured on Saturday, February 9th. St. Lucie County Fire crews were dispatched to the crash scene around 9:00 am, near mile marker 156 and Okeechobee Road. Police also arrived on scene to assist with the crash investigation. According to reports, an armored truck and a vehicle were involved in an accident, although it is not clear exactly how the crash took place. The vehicle rolled over from the impact of the collision. Miami, FL - Two Hospitalized After Rollover Crash At Northwest 5th Street

A crash involving a car and a box truck on Saturday, January 19th left two people hospitalized in Miami. The crash was first reported around 5:30 am at the intersection of Northwest Fifth Street and Third Court. The City of Miami Police, along with fire crews were called to the scene in reference to the collision. The box truck rolled over as a result of the impact while the car suffered extensive damage. Two victims were transported to Ryder Trauma Center with serious injuries. There was no immediate update on their condition nor any word on whether they were in the truck or the car. DeBary, FL - One Killed, Four Hurt in Crash Caused by Tire Blowout

One person was killed and four more were hurt in a crash that took place on Intersrate 4 in DeBary. The accident happened just before 7:00 am on Friday, January 18th. According to reports, 28-year-old Ismael Yepez Aguilera was behind the wheel of 2002 GMC SUV when one of the tires on the vehicle blew out. Aguilera lost control of his vehicle, which then ran off the road and collided with a tree. A passenger in Aguilera's vehicle died at the crash scene. Aguilera and three others inside the vehicle were taken to Central Florida Regional Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The deceased victim has not been identified. Read More
