Clay County, FL (July 10, 2021) - Two motorcyclists were injured in a crash that took place on Friday, July 9th in Clay County. The accident occurred around 10:30 p.m. on Carter Spencer Road near the intersection with Deer Park Boulevard.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, two motorcycles collided with each other, causing both of them to leave the roadway and overturn. Both motorcyclists were ejected from their bikes. One of the motorcyclists, a man from Middleburg was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. The other rider suffered minor injuries and was also transported. Neither of the motorcyclists has been identified and there is no word on the cause of the crash at this time.
No further information is available. An investigation is ongoing.
