Clearwater, FL (March 20, 2021) - Police in Clearwater responded to the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident on Friday, March 19th. The crash took place on Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard near West Lake Avenue.
According to officials, Michael Patte was walking southbound across Gulf-to-Bay when he was hit by a Ford F-250 that was traveling westbound. Patte died at the crash scene. The driver of the Ford was later identified as 22-year, of Clearwater who remained at the crash scene and cooperated with officers.
