The cause of this crash remains under investigation.
In Florida, a reportable crash happens approximately every 90 seconds. Many people have a false sense of security while inside their vehicles. They believe that they cannot or will not be involved in a crash. This can lead to negligent and reckless driving which, eventually, results in a crash. This accident is subject to further investigation so that officers can determine the cause. It does appear that at least two passengers suffered injuries. If it turns out the driver was negligent in causing the accident, the passengers could bring a personal injury claim against the driver.
