Clearwater, FL (December 31, 2018) - A collision between two jet skis left two people with serious injuries on Sunday, December 30th. The accident happened near the Island Estates close to the Clearwater Memorial Bridge.
The Clearwater Police Department was called to the scene in reference to the collision. One of the riders was airlifted from the water to a local hospital and the other was taken by ambulance. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Marine Unit is also conducting an investigation into the crash. There is no word on the identity of those involved or how the crash occurred at this time.
