Cocoa Beach, FL (November 24, 2019) - Police responded to the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Cocoa Beach on Saturday, November 23rd. The crash was reported around 9:45 p.m. at the intersection of Bahama Boulevard and North Atlantic Avenue.
According to reports, a truck was traveling southbound on North Atlantic when it collided with a northbound vehicle. The northbound vehicle was attempting to make a left turn when the crash took place. Rescue workers arrived and pronounced a passenger in one of the vehicles dead as a result of the crash. The identity of the deceased victim has not been released at this time pending notification of next-of-kin.
An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Cocoa Beach Police Department at 321-868-3251.
