Motorcycle accidents in Florida take place each day. While motorcycles account for only about 3% of all registered motor vehicles, they make up approximately 15% of all traffic-related fatalities. The danger of motorcycles cannot be underscored enough. Victims are at much greater risk of suffering death or serious injury in a motorcycle accident when compared to any other type of vehicle. The risks are increased due to the number of negligent drivers on our roadways.
