Our thoughts are with Kimberly Pizzaro in this US 1 crash. Car accidents can sometimes present complex questions related to their cause. Initially, officers will attempt to rule out driver-related issues such as drug or alcohol impairment, distraction and drowsiness. Other times, the crash results from violation of traffic laws such as failure to yield or failing to keep a proper lookout. Any innocent victims who are injured due to the negligence of another driver may bring a claim for personal injury against the responsible driver.
