Coconut Creek, FL (July 30, 2019) - A motorcyclist was killed following a crash with a vehicle at the intersection of Lyons Road and Sawgrass Boulevard. The accident took place on Monday, July 29th.
According to reports, the Margate-Coconut Creek Fire Rescue units responded to the crash scene. The accident is said to have occurred around 4:15 p.m. The motorcycle came to rest on top of the car following the crash. The motorcyclist, who has not been identified at this time, was pronounced dead from his injuries. The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Traffic in the area was affected until around 6:30 p.m.
Police are still investigating the crash.
