Collier County, FL (August 3, 2019) - The Florida Highway Patrol was on the scene of an injury accident in Collier County on Friday, August 2nd. The accident took place in the southbound lanes of I-75, near mile marker 106.
Troopers responded to the crash near Pine Ridge Road. At least one person suffered injuries in the crash. Authorities have not released a cause for the accident, and the crash victims have not been identified at this time. The nature and extent of the injuries are not known.
Police cleared the scene shortly after the crash and re-opened the roadway for motorists. No further details are available.
