Collier County, FL (September 12, 2019) - Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol were on the scene of a rollover accident in Collier County on Thursday, September 12th. The crash happened on I-75 near mile marker 101.
According to reports, a pickup truck and an SUV collided with one another. Both vehicles rolled over following impact, causing one driver to be pinned beneath a vehicle until rescue workers arrived at the scene. A second driver was extricated from inside a vehicle by police. Both drivers were transported to local hospitals with serious injuries.
The crash caused a roadblock near the Collier Boulevard exit and drivers were asked to use caution. No additional information is available.
