Collier County, FL (September 8, 2019) - Police were on the scene of a two-car crash in Collier County on Saturday, September 7th. The collision occurred on I-75 at Immokalee Road.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident. Rescue helicopters were called in to assist the injured victims, who were airlifted to nearby hospitals with serious injuries sustained in the collision. There is no information on what caused the accident to occur, however, both vehicles could be seen with heavy front-end damage. The crash caused authorities to shut down the roadway on Immokalee and the southbound ramp to I-75.
No further details have been released at this time.
