With school nearly out for summer, children will be enjoying time away from their studies. However, as the end of the year fast approaches, we hear of more and more school bus accidents that are leading to injuries in students. If your child has been injured in one of these accidents, you may wonder where you can turn during this desperate time.
A Crookshank Elementary bus was involved in an accident on the University of Florida campus today. The bus, at the time, was carrying 3rd grade students when the bus suddenly hit an awning. Some children were taken to the hospital to be treated, even though it was apparent that there were no serious injuries.
Alternative transportation came to pick up remaining children and the field trip continued.
Children are a top priority when it comes to safety, and we understand that you want everybody to care for your child when they are in another person’s care.
