Doral, FL (August 27, 2021) - A woman was hurt in a hit-and-run accident that took place in Doral on Thursday, August 26th. The crash happened around 9:15 p.m. on Northwest 114th Avenue near the intersection with 50th Street.
According to officers, a woman was walking near the roadway when she was hit by a vehicle. The driver fled the scene following the accident but later returned. The injured pedestrian was taken to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries. She has not been identified at this time. No other injuries were reported.
The crash remains under investigation. No further details are available.
