In 2017, over 250,000 people were injured in Florida car accidents. Accidents occur for a variety of reasons but most are related to some sort of human or mechanical error. In cases where one driver is hurt due to another's negligence, the law provides the injured victims with a remedy. Innocent accident victims can seek to recover money for pain and suffering, medical bills and lost wages.
