Flagler County, FL (October 8, 2018) - An early morning crash on I-95 in Flagler County left one person seriously injured. Officials say that the crash took place on Monday, October 8th around 4:15 am in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95.
At that time, a 2005 Dodge Durango was traveling south on I-95 when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The Durango struck a guardrail before coming back onto the roadway. After it was back on the roadway, it struck a 2001 Chevy Silverado operated by 58-year-old Eduardo Torna. Torna's car spun around before coming to rest against a guardrail.
Torna suffered serious injuries in the crash and was transported to a local hospital.
A 2013 Buick driven by 30-year-old Michelle Henry also collided with the Durango before it fled the scene. Henry suffered minor injuries. FHP troopers are currently searching for the Durango and its occupants.
