Fort Lauderdale, FL (April 12, 2019) - A man riding an electric scooter was killed when he collided with a vehicle on Thursday, April 11th. The crash happened along North Federal Highway just before 11:30 p.m.
According to police, the scooter crashed into a Mazda 6. Paramedical with Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue rushed the injured man to Broward Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries. The victim has not been identified at this time, pending family notification. There is no word on what caused the crash to occur and the driver has also not been identified at this time.
