Fort Myers, FL (August 23, 2021) - Two cars collided with each other in Fort Myers on Monday morning. The accident occurred around 11:30 a.m. on Three Oaks Parkway near Pine Chase Drive.
According to police, a 17-year-old man from Naples was driving a sedan southbound on Three Oaks at a high rate of speed. As the car approached an intersection, a pickup truck made a left turn in front of the sedan, causing the two cars to collide. The truck rolled over before coming to rest. A 17-year-old female passenger in the first vehicle suffered critical injuries and was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported and the identities of the victims are not available at this time.
