Hit-and-run crashes in Florida can result in serious injuries that have long term consequences. The injuries from an accident can linger for many weeks and even months following the crash. Last year alone, Florida reported more than 105,000 hit-and-run accidents. Drivers who choose to flee the scene typically do so thinking that they will be able to avoid liability for the crash even though this not usually the case.
Our thoughts are with the injured victim during this time and we hope for a complete and speedy recovery.
