Fort Pierce, FL (August 24, 2021) - Two people died in a car accident on the Florida's Turnpike. The accident happened on Monday, August 23rd near mile marker 152 in Fort Pierce.
According to troopers, a 68-year-old man from Parrish was driving a pickup truck when he left the roadways and crashed. The man and his 55-year-old male passenger both died at the accident scene. There is no information on what caused the accident to occur and the two victims have not been identified. There were no other cars involved in the collision.
An investigation is ongoing at this time. No further details are available.
