Ft. Lauderdale, FL (November 8, 2018) - Eight people were hurt, including six children when a bus and pickup truck collided in Fort Lauderdale on Wednesday, November 7th.
According to Fort Lauderdale Fire Department Spokesman Stephen Gollan, the crash happened around 6:00 pm at the intersection of Northwest 19th Street and Northwest 15th Avenue. The bus was transporting elementary school children home when the crash occurred. There is no information on exactly how the accident took place. Six people were taken to Broward Health Medical Center while two others were sent to Plantation General Hospital. At least one adult and one child suffered serious injuries.
