In a Hillsborough accident that happened on Tuesday, 28-year-old Gavin Eskdale and two others were ejected from a vehicle after a rear tire blowout. At the time, Eskdale was driving his Ford Explorer when the right rear tire suddenly blew out right before a ramp. The Explorer was then sent into a grassy area where it hit a guardrail. It then overturned a few times.
Eskdale and two passengers, 25-year-old Shayla Morgan and Joseph Alcott were all ejected from the vehicle. Alcott was unconscious by the time Troopers arrived at the scene.
At this time, their conditions are unknown but they were all taken to Tampa General Hospital for treatment. Three medical helicopters arrived to the scene.
